Amazing host! George made sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible:) I was there for work so I needed a comfortable, clean and relaxing place for a week and I couldn’t have asked for a better place.
The pool was nice and breakfast was great. The location is around 20 minutes walking distance to Oia but George was very helpful in case I needed a lift to Oia
The hospitality of George and his family is definitely the highlight of my trip

Lot of space in the studio. Excellent host with his family. Super corso dog Hera and lovely parot Petros out companions during breskfast.

George, the property owner/manager, was one of the best hosts encountered during our two weeks in Greece. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He provided friendly and personal service combined with good advice about the facilities, transport, and moving around Santorini. We loved his friendly dog and pet parrot.

Lovely pool, owner George would drive us up to the shops etc for a small fee to save us walking half n hour in the heat. Fairly spacious room with lovely deck overlooking the pool. Breakfast provided

Close to city OIA (by car of course better)
Clean big rooms and lot of space
Our dog was welcome and perfect parking for car

George is amazing ! My partner & I spent a night here and George went above and beyond ! From greeting us with coffee and juice to helping me get to the closets hospital around town . Whatever you need he doesn’t hesitate. The apartment was very spacious for just the two of us which was great, clean and organized. Just about 20-25 minute walk to the town . Will definitely be back here !

Everything was absolutely perfect! George is the best hotel manager that anyone could ever wish for:) Really missing him and the beautiful hotel.

Excellent quality-price accomodation.. 3 years old apartments, big rooms, comfortable beds..cosy territory with nice pool, very quite surroundings. Evening time you can watch sunset from here as well. And owner of great hospitality)

Everything was great! The room is big and clean. The host is very kind and helped us with everything during our stay at Santo Margarita. We recommend this place; it is close to Oia, very good price compared to the hotels/apartments in that area and a very nice host :) We will definitely go back.

Best price, absolutely lovely host (Yorgos). Takes you to city center with his car. City bus passes 200m from property (Ecoxenia stop). Big terrace where breakfast is served. Recommend!

Don't worry even if this place is 15 mimutes walking distance from Oia downtown. George will give you rides at a very reasonable fee.

The owner has been more than kind to me. He waited for me even if my plane was very late and he provided me advices and help during all my stay. The location is very quiet and beautiful, close to nightlife and restaurants but still apart to have silence at night. The apartment was very clean and the breakfast homemade every morning.

We have felt comfortable in Santo Margarita. It is a breath away from the center of Santorini where you can fall in love with the views. At night the place is super quiet and calm, I slept like a baby. If one day I return to Santorini I will return to Santo Margarita.

It’s a beautiful and familiar property, the host is great, welcoming and accessible. The room facilities were also really great with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Whenever something was missing, the host went above and beyond to provide for it. Breakfast was definitely worth it. Will come back!

It was a really great experience, the owner was pretty helpful and kind with us, he also made us a tasty coffees every morning. The room was clean and tidy and the place also pretty nice, peaceful and clean. It is near Oia and it also has a parking lot.
